Converting to Blogger in Beta

In the coming days you will notice changes on this blog and my other blogs. I am converting to the newest version of Blogger. It will take a while to convert everything. Some formatting was lost in the process and has to be redone.

There are more features available with this version of Blogger and even more promised. In the meantime I’m learning what does what still, so please bear with me. Hopefully, navigating will be easier.

Two More AIM Pages!

The blurb about my AIM Page, Splatter Studio, brought a lot of traffic to my page. Well, I decided to create two more AIM pages for my other types of art. Already my blogs have experienced more traffic.

Rest and Motion

I also revamped one of my earlier AIM Pages. There is no need to have two devoted to my “dot art” when I do create other types of art.

"o Series Completed

Last night I finished the eleven remaining paintings in my “o” series. Theses are all based on sights and experiences from my evacuation to Memphis. Today I posted the rest of them on my blog i see dots.

To see the other 15 pieces just backtrack through the archive links on the left side of the page.

Below is a slide show made from the paintings.

"Night Drive" Entered in SiftOff!

Today I entered my video “Night Clip” in the VideoSift SiftOff. This is a drive from the foot of Canal Street in New Orleans out to Metairie at night. About the 1:30 mark is a shot of the Superdome lit around the base. I added music that I assembled in GarageBand 2 software.

The voting takes place from September 1 – 30, 2006. Below I’ve listed a link for the contest and the site in general. If you want to vote, you will need to register with the site.

My other videos are posted on my blog called video journal.
